Earth Breeze is a hyper-growth, global, multi-channel CPG business revolutionizing laundry. Earth Breeze has donated over 150m washes to those in need as well as restored forests, provided meals and cleaned oceans.
Responsible for: Strategic Planning, People Operations, Supply Chain, Fulfillment, R&D, Legal and Technology
Presently serving as an Advisor; previously served as COO and CSCO from 2019 to 2023.
During my time as COO, AG1 grew 30x and achieved a $1.2b valuation.
Responsible during my time for: Technology, Supply Chain, Fulfillment, Planning, Sustainability, Product Development, Customer Service, Strategic Planning, Quality and People Operations.
Served as COO for Sugarfina, a truly omni-channel brand with over 50 company-owned retailed stores, franchise operations in Hong Kong and Mexico, a wholesale business with thousands of partners, and a direct-to-consumer e-commerce channel.
Sugarfina grew from $24M to $48M to $64M in revenue during my time.
Served as Australian General Manager helping launch and scale the Williams-Sonoma, Pottery Barn, Pottery Barn Kids and west elm brands in Australia via company-owned retail stores and e-commerce. Scaled from zero to $100m in 3 years.
